There truly is no greater honor than to be present during someone’s birth. Truly. I had the pleasure to attend Kelly and Brad’s birth of their second daughter. Sweet Maya joined this world early in the morning in the peace of her own home. This was my first home birth I’ve photographed and it was such an amazing experience to witness. My brother and sister-in-law are planning a home birth with their daughter early next year, and I am so very excited to be photographing that birth as well.
